This is a game about jellyfish crime, which is crime, committed by jellyfish.
Everyone makes their own lawbreaking jellyfish character, and then you roll for what felonious deed you need to pull off this time.
From forgery to tax evasion, from smuggling to blackmail, there’s no illegal deed these soft and spineless blobs of transparent goo won’t try their noodly tendrils at.
The characters will have to figure out how to pull off this scheme, and while doing so they’ll switch between working together, blaming each other, and competing with the others about who gets the most ill-gotten gains.
If you don’t manage to get enough riches through your criminal misdeeds, you get eaten by a whale (or arrested by a whale-cop, and then eaten). So there’s a pretty strong incentive to manage to end up with more loot than your fellow crooks and ne’er-do-wells.
